Harvest calendar & production cycles

Starting numbers are examples. Your crop selection identifies the scenario; it does not establish product approval or a calibrated local response.

What this model calculates

Saleable output, complete-programme costs, contribution, and dated cash recovery from your entered assumptions. Climate adjustment is explicitly entered and common to both programmes. No country-wide treatment response is inferred.

What the growing illustration means

The original botanical scene explains season progress and growing environments. Weather appearance, wind and rain do not independently change yield. The financial engine uses its documented inputs only.

Sources, units and version

Calculation: grow-well-economics/2.0.0. Production unit: ha; prices: EUR/kg. Costs are per unit/cycle unless labeled whole-operation. Historical country statistics are available in the global atlas; this scenario uses customer-entered baseline values.

Warnings and assumptions

This is a user-assumption economic comparison, not a validated treatment-response forecast.

Production unit: ha. Entered programme costs are per occupied unit per cycle; capital, annual fixed cost and financing fees are whole-operation amounts.

Production cycles and turnaround are capacity-limited. Orchard harvest totals are annual; no mature yield is assigned before the entered bearing age.

Product credit starts at each cycle start and changes only the product-payment date. It does not change harvest volume or contribution margin unless a financing fee is entered.

Revenue uses gross output × survival × marketable fraction × selling price. There are no automatic fertilizer savings, price premiums, subsidies or product-response multipliers.

ROI is undiscounted incremental contribution less incremental capital divided by positive incremental capital plus positive incremental operating cost over the selected horizon.

Break-even additional kg is an operating threshold, excluding capital, allowing for entered selling-price and harvest-cost differences. It may be negative when the alternative saves costs.

Payback is the first recovery after a cash deficit that does not reverse within the entered cash horizon; same-day events are netted.

Climate assumption: User-selected illustration. No climatic yield effect is inferred from a weather label.
